About Pe'er VeHadar

A Netanya nonprofit, built around the families we serve.

Founded in 2021, Pe'er VeHadar (פאר והדר) provides food assistance, education support, and community programs to those who need help most — quietly, consistently, and with respect.

Our Mission

To support families in our community with practical aid, education, and lasting dignity.

We focus on day-to-day needs — food, learning, family support — and we deliver them through direct relationships with the people we serve.

Our Vision

A community where no family is left behind, and every person is treated with respect.

We work toward long-term change: stable households, educated children, and a connected community.

Core Values

Transparency

Clear, accountable use of every donation and resource.

Human Dignity

Every person we serve is treated with respect and care.

Integrity

Honest communication with families, donors, and partners.

Social Impact

Real, measurable improvements in the lives of those we help.

Our Team

Pe'er VeHadar is run by a small leadership team and a dedicated volunteer network. Out of respect for the privacy of our team and the families we serve, we publish role groups here. Detailed leadership profiles and verified photographs are available on request.
